Bill was elected by Convention to Standing Committee in 2004. He retired at age 65 in 2003 from the Diocese of Pennsylvania after 15 years of diocesan financial management. Prior to that he was a trust officer for 30 years at The Philadelphia National Bank. Bill is a life-long Episcopalian and his parish is St. Mary’s, Ardmore where he has served as Senior Warden, Co-Chair of the successful 2005 Capital Campaign and co-founder of the St. Mary's Brotherhood of St. Andrew Chapter. Bill also teaches Sunday school. He is Treasurer of the Christmas Fund of the Diocese of Pennsylvania, and also serves Province III of the Episcopal Church USA as its Treasurer.
